We’ve also added a series of updates across observability, data verification, and referential identity matching and enrichment. Together, these capabilities bring us closer to what every enterprise needs now—data that’s always trusted, always ready, and always working for you.

Reltio AgentFlow™: Automate stewardship and operations with secure AI agents

This release starts with something I’m really excited about: Reltio AgentFlow™.

We built AgentFlow because customers kept telling us they needed help keeping up. Governance, match review, and workflow management take time. It’s essential work, but it’s repetitive and constant. No matter how many tools you already have in your stack. 

AgentFlow introduces AI agents that safely automate many of these tasks. They help resolve matches, route work intelligently, and identify anomalies before they become issues. And because this is Reltio, every action is explainable and governed.

Reltio Data Sharing with Databricks: Trusted core data for analytics and AI

For years, customers have asked for a simpler way to bring Reltio’s trusted, governed data into Databricks—without exporting or duplicating it.

That’s why we built Reltio Data Sharing with Databricks.

This new capability gives Databricks users direct access to live, governed Reltio data for analytics, machine learning, and AI workloads. No replication or pipelines needed. Reltio Zero Copy Integration from Snowflake changes that.

Reltio can now securely reference live data in Snowflake to enrich your 360° views — without replication or sync delays. This means that your customer, supplier, or product profiles in Reltio always reflect the most current interaction data directly from Snowflake.

Reltio Integration for Veeva Vault CRM™: Unified, compliant customer data for life sciences

Our new Reltio Integration for Veeva Vault CRM™ does exactly that.

It keeps HCP and HCO profiles, relationships, and affiliations synchronized between Reltio and Veeva Vault CRM — either in real time or on a schedule. Field teams, compliance teams, and data teams now have one connected, trusted view.

That’s what Reltio Unstructured Data Studio™ (Early Access) is built to do.

• Reltio Observability Hub: Get real-time visibility into data performance, latency, and usage. Connect your metrics to Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana for deeper monitoring.
• Reltio Address Autocomplete: Save time and improve accuracy with smart address suggestions at the point of entry.
• Reltio Email Verification: Verify email accuracy and deliverability in real time to keep communications clean.
• Reltio Phone Verification: Instantly verify and format phone numbers for consistency and better outreach.
• Reltio Data Sharing with Microsoft Fabric (GA): Now generally available. Fabric users can securely access governed, real-time Reltio data directly within their analytics environment—no replication required.
