Chris Hylen Headshot

Chris Hylen,  Chief Executive Officer

Chris is the CEO and board member of Reltio. He leads the strategy, operations, overall performance and growth of Reltio. Previously, Chris served as CEO of Imperva, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, where he led a successful turnaround and $2.3B sale to private equity giant Thoma Bravo. Before that, he served as President and CEO of Citrix mobility business unit, called GetGo, where he led the spin off and the merger with LogMeIn in 2017 for $1.8B. Chris also held leadership positions at Intuit, ADP, and American Express. Chris earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree in Engineering from Widener University.

Manish is responsible for engineering, product management, and security and overall product direction and innovation at Reltio, a company trusted by innovative Global 2000 companies who know that connected customer data is at the heart of customer experience. Prior to founding Reltio, Manish led Product strategy and management for the Master Data Management (MDM) platform at Informatica and Siperian. He is the co-author of the patent that revolutionized MDM through a global business identifier. During his career, Manish has architected some of the largest and most widely used data management solutions used by Fortune 100 companies today.

He leads the Customer Success, Services, Support and CoE (Center of Excellence) teams that partner closely with customers throughout their journey with Reltio, ensuring that they maximize business value through proactive engagement, best practices and thought leadership. Ahmed has over 20+ years consulting, software pre-sales and solution development experience at prior companies including Strevus, Salesforce, Informatica, Siperian, IBM, PwC and Oracle. He holds a MBA in Management & Strategy from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in helping emerging technology companies to scale and grow. Prior to Reltio, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Drawbridge, Inc. a people based identity provider acquired by LinkedIn, OneLogin, Inc., and ShareThis, Inc.. He has also worked in the Corporate Finance group at Yahoo!, and Applied Materials, and began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. Matt holds a B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College and an M.B.A. from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Prior to Reltio, he was VP of Product Marketing for Commercial, which encompassed Veeva CRM, Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Vault and Veeva Network, at Veeva Systems. He has over 25 years of experience running marketing and product management teams at RainStor, Siperian, GoldenGate Software, MetaTV, Evolve Software, Sterling Software and Synon Inc. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Essex University.

Bud was most recently the Chief Revenue Officer at Crimson Hexagon responsible for global revenue associated with new and existing customers, channels and partnerships, account management, sales operations, and business development. Prior to that, he had executive roles in TideMark and Success Factors / SAP. Bud helped SuccessFactor grow into a billion-dollar business. During his 9+ years tenure, SuccessFactors went public, acquired multiple companies, and was ultimately acquired by SAP for $3.4 billion. Bud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University.

She has 20 years of combined experience working in the data management and advanced analytics markets.  Prior to Reltio, Jakki was the Vice President of Global Enablement at Informatica, where she played a key role in the company’s transformation and new go-to-market strategy, resulting in double-digit growth. Previously, Jakki led marketing at several venture-funded B2B software companies that were successfully acquired by companies like Oracle and Thomson Corporation. She holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College in Boston, MA and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University in Canada.

Satish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Mysore University.

Before going in-house, he was a senior associate at Hunton & Williams. Eugene holds a BA in Psychology and Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a JD/LLM in International and Comparative Legal Studies from Duke University School of Law.

Renee has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of California, Los Angeles.

He has a distinguished career of over 20 years in enterprise software and data management sales. Prior to Reltio, John led Informatica’s and IBM’s Financial Services MDM practice, where he played a key role in building their business and securing their largest and most strategic clients. Previously, John helped build several venture-funded software companies that were successfully acquired by companies like IBM, Oracle, FMR, Nuance and Thomson Corporation. He holds a BA in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Larry Lenhart

Operating Partner, NewView

Larry is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of hands-on experience leading strategy and operations in the technology industry. Prior to joining NewView Capital, he served as a CEO at five companies, leading them to successful acquisitions by AT&T, Bertelsmann SE & Co., Albemarle Corp., Nielsen, and Illinois Tool Works, among others. Four of these companies were within the Mohr Davidow Ventures portfolio, where he also served as an Operating Partner. Earlier in his career, Larry provided strategic and operational consulting services to global Fortune 100 companies as a partner at Deloitte and Kearney. Larry holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Business from Emory and Henry College, where he serves on the Board of Trustees. He also sits on the Advisory Board for Sparta Science.

Jim Feuille

Partner, Crosslink Capital

Jim joined Crosslink in 2002, bringing 20 years of technology investment banking and management experience to the firm. Jim’s prior positions included global head of technology investment banking at UBS, where he built a powerful global technology investment banking practice from scratch; Chief operating officer at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, where he ran all aspects of the firm’s investment banking and brokerage operations and led the firm to record growth in revenue and market share prior to its acquisition by Prudential; and head of technology investment banking at Robertson Stephens, where he built the technology investment banking team into a leadership position in the industry.

Mike Gustafson

Independent Board Member

For more than 25 years, Mike has served in executive leadership and management roles across infrastructure and software companies – public and private, startups and established companies – as well as high growth businesses. Today he is the executive chairman at Druva an enterprise SaaS platform for data protection across data centers, cloud applications and endpoints. In addition to being a board member at Reltio, is an independent board member at Matterport, PDF Solutions and Everspin. Among his deep operational and leadership experience, Mike was senior vice president and general manager of WD’s (Western Digital Corporation) Flash Platforms Business, and before that, served as CEO and chairman of Virident Systems (acquired by Western Digital). He also led BlueArc Corporation as CEO and board member, which was acquired by Hitachi Data Systems. Mike led worldwide sales, marketing and services over a six year career at McDATA Corporation, which went public in 2000 and grew to more than $450M in revenues during that time. And early in his career, he served in various marketing and sales roles at IBM.

Mark Templeton

Mark is the former president and chief executive officer of Citrix Systems where he shaped the company for over 20 years, propelling Citrix as one of the world’s largest enterprise computing and software-as-a service companies. Citrix transformed from a $15 million organization with one product, one customer segment, and one go-to-market path, into a global organization with annual revenues of over $3 billion and 100 million users worldwide. He also serves as an independent director at Arista Networks and Health Catalyst. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in product design from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Nino Marakovic

CEO and Managing Director, Sapphire Ventures

Nino is responsible for the overall investment strategy, execution, operations and performance of Sapphire Ventures. After more than 20 years in various investing and operating capacities, Nino has participated in investments in more than 100 private companies and has held numerous board seats. Currently, he is a board director/observer at Inkling, Integral Ad Science, OpenX, Reltio and Tidalscale. He is furthermore closely involved with investments in Alteryx, Box (BOX), Feedzai, iovation, MuleSoft, Scytl and Square (SQ).
Before Sapphire Ventures, Nino was a partner with meVC Draper Fisher Jurvetson and IVF Ventures. Prior to venture capital, Nino worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Robertson Stephens. He has a BA in economics and psychology from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Nino was born in Croatia, and has also lived in Austria, Italy and Germany before settling in the San Francisco Bay Area more than 20 years ago.

Rajeev Dham

Managing Director, Sapphire Ventures

Rajeev Dham joined Sapphire Ventures in 2013, bringing with him broad technology investing experience. Rajeev’s investment focus is split between SaaS businesses as well as category-defining innovators in financial technology and healthcare.
Since joining Sapphire, Rajeev has been involved in 20+ investments and dozens of boards. Rajeev has led investments in and supports the boards of AdverityCatchpointHighspotLeanData, Livongo (NASDAQ: LVGO)Monday.comOutreach, PendoPodium and Reltio. Rajeev’s previous investments at Sapphire include Alteryx (NYSE: AYX), Cloudhealth (acquired by VMWare) and Krux (acquired by Salesforce).
Previously, Rajeev worked for Silver Lake, a technology-focused private equity firm, where he evaluated middle-market and growth equity investments across the software and internet sectors. Prior to his private equity career, Rajeev worked for the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs. He also spent time during business school working with Amazon’s corporate development group.
Rajeev holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Liam Donohue

Founder, .406 Ventures

At .406 Ventures, Liam leads all healthcare investments focusing on early-stage companies that offer systems, technologies and services that support clinical delivery. He also teams up with Graham on .406’s data and analytics investment practice, as well as overseeing fundraising and other .406 firm responsibilities.
Liam has spent the past two decades as a venture investor, but he is perhaps most proud of his entrepreneurial activities – founding/co-founding four successful businesses, including two venture capital funds.
He started his career as a Principal at Foster Management, a venture investor focused on service industry investments; then co-founded Arcadia Partners, a fund focused on technology-enabled education companies; and finally, co-founded .406 Ventures with Larry and Maria. Over this time, Liam has invested over $130M of capital in 21 investments.
Liam earned a BS in Chemistry from Georgetown University and earned an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Graham Brooks

Partner, .406 Ventures

As a recovering engineer (license to code was revoked in 2008, currently under appeal), Graham Brooks loves to geek out with techie founders.  He joined .406 Ventures in 2007, after nine years of technology-oriented operating, investing and start-up experience. At .406 he focuses on early-stage investments in BigData, Healthcare, Digital Video and AdTech.  Graham also runs the firm’s university outreach initiatives including the .406 StudentFellows program.

Samantha Wang

Co-Founder and Partner, RPS Ventures

Samantha is a co-founder and General Partner at RPS Ventures, a later stage venture capital firm, focused on investing in revolutionary technology companies led by exceptional teams.  RPS helps high-growth companies navigate today’s global environment, with access to a key network of some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs.
Prior to co-founding RPS, Samantha was a Partner at Crosslink Capital, a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley.  Prior to  Crosslink, Samantha spent 10+ years as a marketing leader, and was an executive at LegalZoom, the leading provider of online legal services.  Earlier in her career, Samantha was a venture investor at 3i Group, and an investment banker at Deutsche Bank.   Samantha holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

Hilarie Koplow-McAdams

Hilarie joined NEA in 2017 as a Venture Partner on the tech team, where she focuses on enterprise software and services.
An enterprise software veteran, Hilarie spent the last three decades at growth-stage technology companies in operating and board roles. Most recently, Hilarie was President at New Relic, responsible for New Relic’s growth strategies as well as leading global sales, marketing, customer success, support, and business development. Prior to New Relic, Hilarie was at Salesforce, where she was named President and led the company’s worldwide sales teams and focused on growing the business globally. Hilarie joined Salesforce from Intuit where she was vice president of direct sales for small business and a member of the executive committee.
Hilarie started her career at Oracle Corporation where she held a variety of roles over the course of 18 years, including senior vice president of Oracle Direct where she drove the company’s rapid growth in both the technology and applications markets.
Hilarie currently serves on the board of directors of BloomReach, Duo Security, Tableau Corporation and Zendesk Corporation. She is the Vice Chair of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and serves on the advisory council of the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy. She previously served on the board of directors for Informatica Corporation. Hilarie has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Mills College.
