Introducing Lehua Stonebraker, Reltio’s new Chief Human Resources Officer
Lehua brings more than 20 years of experience across HR, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
Reltio is pleased to announce the appointment of Lehua Stonebraker as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective November 1, 2026.
As Reltio continues its integration with SAP, Lehua will build on the culture, talent, and employee experience that support the company’s success. She brings directly relevant experience from SmartRecruiters, another SAP company, where she continues to lead the global People team.
Through Q1 2027, Lehua will also continue leading SmartRecruiters’ integration work, bringing lessons from that experience to Reltio as she helps employees and leaders navigate the transition.
“Lehua understands how to help a business move forward while keeping its people at the center of change,” said Manish Sood, CEO of Reltio. “Her experience building global teams and guiding organizations through acquisitions, including integration within SAP, will be invaluable to Reltio. I’m excited to partner with her as we continue to invest in our people and build on the culture that makes this company special.”
Global experience in growth and transformation
Lehua began her HR career in recruiting and expanded her experience across employment brand, HR operations and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting. At SmartRecruiters, she helped guide the company through its acquisition by SAP and continues to lead its integration work.
She previously held roles at Gallup, TD Ameritrade, and Dayforce. At Dayforce, she helped the organization enter new markets through eight acquisitions in 18 months.
Lehua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. In 2022, she was recognized among Talentful’s Top 50 Leaders in Tech and TAtech’s 100 Most Influential Talent Acquisition Thought Leaders.
Putting people at the center
“Joining Reltio is an opportunity to build on an already strong culture and help people see the possibilities ahead,” said Stonebraker. “I look forward to listening to our teams, learning what matters most to them, and working together to create an environment where people can grow, contribute, and do their best work as part of SAP.”
Lehua will begin by meeting Reltio’s teams, listening to employees, and getting to know the business. Her ongoing experience with SAP integration will inform that work, while conversations with Reltio employees will help her understand their questions and priorities.
We’re excited to welcome Lehua and work together on what comes next.
