Introducing Reltio AgentFlow™: AI agents that get the job done

Introducing Reltio AgentFlow™

Today, we are excited to announce Reltio AgentFlow™—our agentic AI platform designed to evolve data and business team operations and workflows.

This launch builds on the foundation we laid earlier this year with the release of the fully managed Reltio AgentFlow™ MCP Server. It gives enterprises a governed, real-time bridge between the Reltio Data Cloud™ and any AI agent—whether developed in-house, purchased off-the-shelf, or built using LLMs. Today, we’re taking the next leap with Reltio AgentFlow™—our full-stack agentic AI platform. Built to operationalize AI across data-driven workflows, AgentFlow combines real-time, trusted data from the Reltio Data Cloud™, governed agent access via the MCP Server, and a growing library of prebuilt production-ready Reltio Agents.

Whether you’re handling routine data stewardship or orchestrating complex business workflows, AgentFlow agents are built to act confidently and securely—at scale. As part of the launch, we’re also introducing our prebuilt data governance agents—“real workers” designed to perform specific data governance tasks such as match resolution, data validation, and data quality remediation. At launch, our first agent—the Match Resolver Agent—enters Early Access. More agents for data governance tasks are in development.

Many customers, including Radisson Hotel Group and Eaton Corporation, are already taking advantage of early access to our AgentFlow platform—using Reltio’s agents and building their own. Leading global partners such as Cognizant, ZS Associates, and Tata Consultancy Services have also already adopted Reltio AgentFlow.

Whatever your agentic AI initiatives look like, you’ll go live faster—and with less risk—by adding AgentFlow to the mix and delivering trusted data directly to every agent in your enterprise.

Why We Built Reltio AgentFlow

AI is moving fast, but most enterprises aren’t ready under the hood. Siloed, inconsistent data and manual workflows continue to hinder both data governance and business operations. Data stewards face mounting governance backlogs, while business users struggle with disconnected systems and poor-quality data, which increases operational risk and hinders productivity. AI initiatives often stall in production because the agents—whether custom-built or bought—lack secure access to high-quality, unified data.

We saw that our customers who had solved their data quality problems by adopting Reltio Data Cloud were hitting a roadblock on their journey to AI agent go-lives: they had agents ready to act, but lacked a governed, real-time connection to trusted data from Reltio—making scaled automation risky, brittle, or impossible.

So we launched Reltio AgentFlow to address the issue. It brings together:

  • Real-time, unified, trusted data from Reltio Data Cloud
  • Governed, auditable access via Reltio AgentFlow MCP Server
  • A growing library of purpose-built Reltio data governance agents, ready to deploy.  You can supplement our pre-built agents with your own agents – custom built or bought.

Together, these capabilities form a secure, scalable foundation for agentic AI. For data leaders, it means faster results and safer automation. For the business, it’s a faster path to measurable impact from AI.

What’s Included in Reltio AgentFlow

Powered by trusted, context-rich data from Reltio Data Cloud (see Figure 1), Reltio AgentFlow includes two essential components that work together seamlessly:

Reltio AgentFlow Agents

AgentFlow also includes a suite of pre-built autonomous, outcome-driven agents, designed to address specific, high-value enterprise tasks. For example Match Resolver Agent, currently available in Early Access, helps data stewards accelerate entity resolution by surfacing match suggestions, incorporating public data enrichment, and continuously learning from their decisions. It operates through a conversational UI and integrates natively with our MCP server to execute match, merge, and unmerge actions on trusted data within the Reltio Data Cloud in real-time.

Additional data governance agents for data quality, validation, and domain-specific workflows are in development and coming soon.

Reltio AgentFlow MCP Server

The Reltio AgentFlow MCP Server is the foundation of governed agent execution. It provides real-time, secure access to context-rich, unified data, managed within Reltio Data Cloud, and backed by built-in RBAC, audit logging, and policy inheritance. By exposing Reltio APIs and services to agents, through the open Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard, it ensures that every agent interaction with the data within Reltio Data Cloud is explainable, governed, and production-ready.

Our MCP server is fully hosted and managed by us, and  bridges data stored in Reltio with any AI agent—whether it’s a Reltio agent, custom-built agent, or third-party agent. Learn more in the Reltio AgentFlow MCP Server launch blog.

Architected for real-world enterprises

Reltio AgentFlow isn’t an AI sandbox—it’s built for mission-critical workflows in real-world environments.

Here’s what makes it enterprise-grade:

  • Semantic layer: Our secure, cloud-native platform features a powerful semantic layer that unifies and governs data across all sources and domains—in real time. This cloud-native foundation provides every agent with deep contextual awareness and policy-based control, all inherited from a single, trusted source.
  • Next-generation agents: Purpose-built, autonomous, and auditable. They handle tasks like match resolution, validation, and data quality tracking with minimal manual effort.
  • Governed execution by design: Every agent action flows through the MCP Server and inherits enterprise policies, RBAC, and audit controls.
  • Real-time data foundation: Agents act on trusted, context-rich data from Reltio Data Cloud™, updated continuously—no snapshots, no pipelines.
  • Enterprise-grade security: Native support for data masking, RBAC, and compliance-grade audit trails.
  • Personalized UX: Tailored views and agent interactions based on role, task, and data domain—accessible via desktop or mobile.
  • LLM flexibility: Natively powered by all major cloud-hosted LLMs (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI), with bring-your-own model support also available upon request.

Together, these capabilities allow enterprises to achieve faster outcomes with less manual work—while enforcing governance at scale and eliminating risk.
