Today, we’re proud to announce the general availability of Reltio AgentFlow™ as part of our 2025.2 release. AgentFlow is our new agentic operations suite, built on Reltio Data Cloud™. It delivers prebuilt, autonomous agents that automate data governance and business operations. These agents run securely on governed, real-time data, so you can move faster and accelerate AI success.

It’s available across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, and has already been piloted by global enterprises who participated in our early access program.

Why we built AgentFlow

Over the past year, our customers told us something we couldn’t ignore. They said, “We’re ready for AI, but our operations aren’t.”

• Reltio AgentFlow™ Work Assigner
  Distributes queued work tasks across users automatically. Ensures balanced workloads and stronger SLA compliance.
• Reltio AgentFlow™ Address Enricher
  Improves address completeness across profiles by using agentic web search of trusted public sources to enrich partially completed addresses.
• Reltio AgentFlow™ Product Recommender
  Uses unified customer, relationship, and interaction data to create personalized product suggestions for marketing, commerce, and service teams.
• Reltio AgentFlow™ Data Explorer
  Allows anyone to ask questions and get answers about data, entities, matches, or lineage in natural language. No SQL queries or IT requests needed.

Reltio MCP Server is the foundation of governed agent execution in AgentFlow. It provides real-time, secure access to context-rich, unified data, managed within Reltio Data Cloud, and backed by built-in RBAC, audit logging, and policy inheritance. By exposing Reltio APIs and services to agents, through the open Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard, it powers every agent interaction with the data within Reltio Data Cloud is explainable, governed, and production-ready.

Finally, Reltio AgentFlow is cloud-native and ready to scale. It’s available across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You can use LLMs from any of these major cloud providers. Or bring your own model. Because flexibility and agility future-proof your AI success.
