Position: Senior Director, HR Technology & People Analytics
Summary of Duties:
Manage the design and implementation of the Human Resource Systems, Solutions and Analytics. Develop Reltio’s HR technology strategy and recommend strategies for the design and administration of HR Analytics systems, including the selection and implementation of new HR technology such as AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and HR Information Systems (HRIS) enhancements. Partner with leaders to ensure that Reltio’s HR technology supports Reltio’s overall business strategy and desired business outcomes. Build and optimize scalable HR technology systems, including performance management tools, compensation tools, integrations between existing and future HR tools. Lead, implement, and administer Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems, policies, and programs. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partner teams to shape HR technology to support the wide range of business functions, teams, and priorities. Provide high quality configuration, development, ongoing maintenance, and support of HR technologies and solutions to facilitate employee efficiency and productivity. Partner and collaborate with senior Reltio technical staff on system architecture and development of initiatives. Participate in detailed technical design, development, implementation, and enhancement of HR system applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Develop a roadmap to build the foundation for HR Reporting and Analytics at Reltio by establishing necessary definitions, data architecture, and technologies. Create and execute the long-term strategy for integrating, connecting, and understanding people data within the organization. Build and deliver self-service dashboards and reports using a suite of HR tools (Tableau, Visier, Workday, etc.). Use benchmarking and standard methodologies to craft and continuously improve actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting and predictive capabilities to facilitate strategic insights. Partner with team members to enhance and promote effective use of self-service dashboards. Apply analytical data expertise and workforce planning models to develop and articulate strategic recommendations to address challenges to help inspire changes to HR operations, processes, and programs. Deliver scaled and operationalize people metrics through high-level understanding of key operational and organizational needs. Coordinate key analytics projects and initiatives (e.g. workforce planning) by performing analysis on HR data to address questions on critical talent related issues. Provide thought leadership on HR technology solutions and strategies for new programs, projects and enhancements to existing solutions. Act as an internal consultant for HR leadership and key organization partners. Offer vision and setting the direction for the team of talented engineers to motivate, guide, and promote positive culture for the success of the team and the organization as a whole. Establish an overall vendor strategy and leading vendor assessments in partnership with stakeholders. Build an analytics culture through communications with the broader HR and executive communities and collaborating with other analytics authorities across the organization. Develop training programs and changing management approach based on business needs to improve adoption and business impact using analytics data. Ensure consistent methodology and alignment of people analytics data definitions, metrics, and reporting. Refine and implement end-to-end data quality framework to continuously improve data quality. Collaborate with subject matter specialists across HR to promote data governance and improve overall strategic and operational performance and insights. Identify ways to optimize and streamline provisioning, configuration management, self-healing techniques, metrics, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any), Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field of study AND Ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following:
- HR Analytics systems;
- HCM systems with knowledge of Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation, and Talent Management systems;
- Understanding HR data, data visualization principles, and ability to convey complex analytics simply & effectively;
- HR technology directions, trends and strategic business impact on key initiatives;
- Implementing HR technology to automate HR processes;
- Project management, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and managing multiple projects of various diverse scope in a cross-functional environment;
- Advising partners on workforce strategy using evidence derived by advanced HR analytics;
- Synthesizing data and information into coherent storytelling recommendations, and to influence partners;
- Exercising independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly-complex environment using leading-edge technology, such as AI and Robotic Process Automation, to automate tasks and processes;
- Presenting and discussing strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences;
- Negotiating and managing outside vendors and strategic partners against deliverables; and
- Communicating analytics and analytical insights to a non-technical audience.
Salary offered for the position is $255,299.00 to $260,299.00/Year.
