Chris Hylen Headshot

Chris Hylen,  Chief Executive Officer

Chris is the CEO and board member of Reltio. He leads the strategy, operations, overall performance and growth of Reltio. Previously, Chris served as CEO of Imperva, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, where he led a successful turnaround and $2.3B sale to private equity firm Thoma Bravo. Before that, he served as President and CEO of Citrix mobility business unit, called GetGo, where he led the spin off and the merger with LogMeIn in 2017 for $1.8B. Chris also held leadership positions at Intuit, ADP, and American Express. Chris earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree in Engineering from Widener University.

Manish Sood,  CTO, Founder & Chairman

Manish is responsible for engineering, product management, and security and overall product direction and innovation at Reltio, a company trusted by innovative Global 2000 companies who know that connected customer data is at the heart of customer experience. Prior to founding Reltio, Manish led Product strategy and management for the Master Data Management (MDM) platform at Informatica and Siperian. He is the co-author of the patent that revolutionized MDM through a global business identifier. During his career, Manish has architected some of the largest and most widely used data management solutions used by Fortune 100 companies today.

Chris Battles,  Chief Customer Officer

Chris Battles has joined the company in the newly-created role of Chief Customer Officer. Battles joins Reltio from Zuora where he served as CPO. There he partnered with the CEO, leadership team, and engineering to craft and deliver a strategy that helped the company’s customers thrive in the subscription economy. He has two decades of leadership experience. Battles began his technology career with The Boston Consulting Group. He received a Bachelor’s in Economics and Statistics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Battles lives in San Mateo, California.

Gordon C. (Gordy) Brooks Headshot

Gordon C. (Gordy) Brooks,  Chief Financial Officer

Gordon C. (Gordy) Brooks joined Reltio as Chief Financial Officer on February 1st. Gordy is joining us from FinancialForce, where he served as Chief Financial Officer overseeing global accounting, finance, tax, IT, Information Security and operations. Gordy has more than two decades of senior financial leadership experience at notable companies, serving as CFO of Citrix GetGo, Aerohive Networks and Blue Coat Systems, and holding other senior finance positions at VMware, BEA Systems, and Microsoft/WebTV Networks. Gordy began his career in audit in the Palo Alto office or Ernst & Young. Gordy received a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Notre Dame de Namur University and received his Master in Accounting degree from the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting.

David Kirven has joined the company in the role of Chief Marketing Officer. David grew his career at Intuit, holding multiple leadership roles across many of Intuit’s fastest growing businesses, including TurboTax, where he led brand strategy and was instrumental in doubling that business to $1.3B in revenue. After Intuit, David joined Citrix as the VP of Global Marketing for their SaaS division, where he helped lead the spin-off of the GetGo division and successful merger with LogMeIn. Most recently, David was Senior Vice President & GM at GoDaddy, where he successfully built out their SMB messaging strategy and launched multiple mobile offerings to the market. David earned his MBA and bachelor’s degrees at the University of San Diego.

Rachel Mann,  Chief Communications Officer

Rachel is responsible for overseeing all facets of corporate communications including public relations, analyst relations, executive and employee communications and corporate reputation.

She brings 20+ years of experience in leading strategic communications for private and Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries, in both corporate and agency environments. Prior to Reltio, Rachel led communications for Emburse, a business spend management company, where she was successful in elevating the company’s presence in the market and strengthening its position. She also held communications leadership roles at Imperva, Intuit, and Alliant Techsystems (now part of Northrop Grumman).

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Boston University. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Los Angeles Chapter.

Connie Puglia,  Chief Human Resources Officer

Connie Puglia is Reltio's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. In this role, Connie oversees all aspects of global Human Resources including Facilities. Connie's expertise spans more than 20 years, and includes proven success designing and implementing global HR models and strategic plans that deliver measurable business results for rapidly growing, transforming, and disruptive companies. Prior to Reltio, Connie Puglia was TiVo's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer where she was responsible for global Human Resources including Real Estate and Internal Comms. Connie has also held global HR leadership roles at NetApp, Avaya, Zipcar, and Aspect Software, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, compensation, leadership development, strategic talent management initiatives and workforce analytics. Connie holds a B.S. in Management from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.

Terence Runge is responsible for security and compliance at Reltio, a company trusted by innovative Global 2000 companies who know that connected customer data is at the heart of customer experience. Prior to joining Reltio, Terence held senior leadership roles at notable companies including Illumio, Blackbaud, Salesforce, and Symantec. He has contributed to numerous open source and commercial enterprise security products and patents in risk management. Terence is a board member of the Central Texas Cloud Security Alliance.

James Lok Headshot

James Lok,  Executive Vice President of Global Engineering and Technical Operations

James Lok has decades of experience managing product development and engineering teams at multinational corporations. He joins Reltio from Imperva, a cybersecurity company, where he led Global Product Development and was responsible for all engineering for AppSecurity and DataSecurity. Prior to Imperva, Lok was SVP of Engineering at LogMeIn, which he joined when the company acquired GetGo, a once wholly-owned subsidiary of Citrix that merged with LogMeIn in early 2017. Before Citrix, Lok was the VP of the Payment Solutions Division at Intuit. He earned an M.S. in Computer Engineering from USC and B.S. of Electrical Engineering at Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo.

Bud McGann,  Executive Vice President of Global Sales

Bud McGann is responsible for Global Sales at Reltio, a company trusted by innovative Global 2000 companies who know that connected customer data is at the heart of customer experience. Bud was most recently the Chief Revenue Officer at Crimson Hexagon responsible for global revenue associated with new and existing customers, channels and partnerships, account management, sales operations, and business development. Prior to that, he had executive roles in TideMark and Success Factors / SAP. Bud helped SuccessFactor grow into a billion-dollar business. During his 9+ years tenure, SuccessFactors went public, acquired multiple companies, and was ultimately acquired by SAP for $3.4 billion. Bud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University.

He has 20+ years of experience in building highly scalable complex platforms and applications on SAAS/IAAS Ecosystem. Prior to Reltio, Manish founded and led the Indian Operations of Jamcracker, a Cloud Services company. Manish brings in strong people and product leadership and has built high caliber functional teams from ground up in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment.

Tom Bogan

Vice Chairman of Workday, Inc.

Tom currently serves as Vice Chairman of Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY), a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. While CEO of Adaptive Insights, a cloud-based software platform used by businesses to plan their operations, Bogan negotiated the 2018 sale of the company to Workday in a cash deal valued at $1.55 billion. Bogan was a partner at Greylock Partners and board member at leading enterprise software and cloud companies. These include Chairman positions with Citrix Systems and Apptio, and board member roles with PTC, Rally Software, Acquia, and many other SaaS software companies.

Jim Feuille

Partner, Crosslink Capital

Jim joined Crosslink in 2002, bringing 20 years of technology investment banking and management experience to the firm. Jim’s prior positions included global head of technology investment banking at UBS, where he built a powerful global technology investment banking practice from scratch; Chief operating officer at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, where he ran all aspects of the firm’s investment banking and brokerage operations and led the firm to record growth in revenue and market share prior to its acquisition by Prudential; and head of technology investment banking at Robertson Stephens, where he built the technology investment banking team into a leadership position in the industry.

Mike Gustafson

Independent Board Member

For more than 25 years, Mike has served in executive leadership and management roles across infrastructure and software companies – public and private, startups and established companies – as well as high growth businesses. Today he is the executive chairman at Druva an enterprise SaaS platform for data protection across data centers, cloud applications and endpoints. In addition to being a board member at Reltio, is an independent board member at Matterport, PDF Solutions and Everspin. Among his deep operational and leadership experience, Mike was senior vice president and general manager of WD’s (Western Digital Corporation) Flash Platforms Business, and before that, served as CEO and chairman of Virident Systems (acquired by Western Digital). He also led BlueArc Corporation as CEO and board member, which was acquired by Hitachi Data Systems. Mike led worldwide sales, marketing and services over a six year career at McDATA Corporation, which went public in 2000 and grew to more than $450M in revenues during that time. And early in his career, he served in various marketing and sales roles at IBM.

Mark Templeton

Independent Board Member

Mark is the former president and chief executive officer of Citrix Systems where he shaped the company for over 20 years, propelling Citrix as one of the world’s largest enterprise computing and software-as-a service companies. Citrix transformed from a $15 million organization with one product, one customer segment, and one go-to-market path, into a global organization with annual revenues of over $3 billion and 100 million users worldwide. He also serves as an independent director at Arista Networks and Health Catalyst. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in product design from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Graham Brooks

Partner, .406 Ventures

Graham leads data and cloud investing for .406 Ventures, focusing on highly disruptive, deep tech companies in the data stack, AI and cloud enablement space with a specific focus on healthcare and financial services. Graham has been at .406 Ventures since 2007, and in addition to investing runs the firm’s college outreach program.
At .406 Graham has led and been involved on the boards for 20+ investments including: Abacus Insights, ChaosSearch, ClosedLoop, Corvus Insurance, indico, Gamalon, Linea, Promethium, Reltio, and Simon Data. Exited companies with previous involvement include: AbleTo (recapitalized by Optum), AdTuitive (acquired by Etsy), Compass (NYSE: COMP) and Digitalsmiths (acquired by TiVo).

Prior to .406 Graham was an engineer and DBA at ALK Technologies, Cofounder and Head of Sales at Accentus and BizDev/Corp Dev for Bose Corporation. Graham holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth where he was a Tuck Scholar and an engineering degree from Princeton University where he majored in computer science.

Rajeev Dham

Managing Director, Sapphire Ventures

Rajeev Dham joined Sapphire Ventures in 2013, bringing with him broad technology investing experience. Rajeev’s investment focus is split between SaaS businesses as well as category-defining innovators in financial technology and healthcare.
Since joining Sapphire, Rajeev has been involved in 20+ investments and dozens of boards. Rajeev has led investments in and supports the boards of AdverityCatchpointHighspotLeanData, Livongo (NASDAQ: LVGO)Monday.comOutreach, PendoPodium and Reltio. Rajeev’s previous investments at Sapphire include Alteryx (NYSE: AYX), Cloudhealth (acquired by VMWare) and Krux (acquired by Salesforce).
Previously, Rajeev worked for Silver Lake, a technology-focused private equity firm, where he evaluated middle-market and growth equity investments across the software and internet sectors. Prior to his private equity career, Rajeev worked for the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs. He also spent time during business school working with Amazon’s corporate development group.
Rajeev holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Liam Donohue

Founder, .406 Ventures

At .406 Ventures, Liam leads all healthcare investments focusing on early-stage companies that offer systems, technologies and services that support clinical delivery. He also teams up with Graham on .406’s data and analytics investment practice, as well as overseeing fundraising and other .406 firm responsibilities.
Liam has spent the past two decades as a venture investor, but he is perhaps most proud of his entrepreneurial activities – founding/co-founding four successful businesses, including two venture capital funds.
He started his career as a Principal at Foster Management, a venture investor focused on service industry investments; then co-founded Arcadia Partners, a fund focused on technology-enabled education companies; and finally, co-founded .406 Ventures with Larry and Maria. Over this time, Liam has invested over $130M of capital in 21 investments.
Liam earned a BS in Chemistry from Georgetown University and earned an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Nino Marakovic

CEO and Managing Director, Sapphire Ventures

Nino is responsible for the overall investment strategy, execution, operations and performance of Sapphire Ventures. After more than 20 years in various investing and operating capacities, Nino has participated in investments in more than 100 private companies and has held numerous board seats. Currently, he is a board director/observer at Inkling, Integral Ad Science, OpenX, Reltio and Tidalscale. He is furthermore closely involved with investments in Alteryx, Box (BOX), Feedzai, iovation, MuleSoft, Scytl and Square (SQ).
Before Sapphire Ventures, Nino was a partner with meVC Draper Fisher Jurvetson and IVF Ventures. Prior to venture capital, Nino worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Robertson Stephens. He has a BA in economics and psychology from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Nino was born in Croatia, and has also lived in Austria, Italy and Germany before settling in the San Francisco Bay Area more than 20 years ago.

Samantha Wang

Co-Founder and Partner, RPS Ventures

Samantha is a co-founder and General Partner at RPS Ventures, a later stage venture capital firm, focused on investing in revolutionary technology companies led by exceptional teams.  RPS helps high-growth companies navigate today’s global environment, with access to a key network of some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs.
Prior to co-founding RPS, Samantha was a Partner at Crosslink Capital, a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley.  Prior to  Crosslink, Samantha spent 10+ years as a marketing leader, and was an executive at LegalZoom, the leading provider of online legal services.  Earlier in her career, Samantha was a venture investor at 3i Group, and an investment banker at Deutsche Bank.   Samantha holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
