A top 15 global pharma company was struggling with multiple systems to manage their employee data. As a result they couldn’t determine employees’ training needs to meet Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) and other compliant reporting to handle exceptions for leave and deferred training needs. They needed single reliable view of all their employees.
Reltio Cloud was used to deploy an Employee 360 solution giving them a single view of employee skills, training taken, and skills gaps. It allowed them to handle all exceptions through collaborative data-driven application while avoiding penalties owing to inaccurate reporting. Reltio Cloud reduced the number of employees taking training by 50% which in turn saved 20,000 work hours worth more than $2M a year.
Since its success with Reltio in assigning CIA training, the pharmaceutical company has expanded its use of Reltio Cloud and begun to construct similar projects for other areas of the organization. One such example includes the company’s sexual harassment training, which needs to be customized by state and work location to match state-level regulation.
