Faisal, please tell our readers a little about yourself.
I am a Principal at ZS Associates and have been with the firm for over 17 years. My experience at ZS has been in numerous areas, but I am currently focused on our operations and technology business, leading our master data management (MDM) team. I am most passionate about creating high-impact solutions and leading transfomations for our clients that deliver unprecedented value to the business.
WHAT MAKES ZS UNIQUE?
Our 30 + years of experience in life sciences provide us with an intimate knowledge of business and technology needs within the health-care ecosystem. What’s exciting in the MDM world at ZS?
The concept of an MDM solution is not new. However, the volume and complexity of data within the health-care ecosystem have continued to grow exponentially, while MDM technology has stayed stagnant. Recent progress with MDM technology now makes it possible to more effectively solve data struggles within the business. The changing health-care data landscape and the overdue need for a modern MDM solution mean organizations are eager to realize value quicker. We are excited about the design of our out-of-the-box, easily integrated solutions for life sciences clients—it is a change they have been eagerly waiting for. How do you see customers benefiting from the ZS and Reltio partnership?
