Director, Field Enablement

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Reltio 
  • Lead and support the development of PS Employees and Reltio Partners 
  • Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creativity and broadcast of program results 
  • Drive program and participant success; investing in the success of the team (both internal and partners) and going above and beyond with individuals as they progress towards transition into the Consulting Practice 
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and/or trainings within both areas 
  • Analyze Needs - Partner with leaders to determine their strategic business drivers, current and future business objectives. Diagnose and determine competencies and performance required in order to map improvement solutions  
  • Develop and Execute PS Education & Enablement Solutions - Oversee the development of Implementation consultant learning solutions that focuses on our core PS competencies. Provide strategic leadership to the PS on-boarding/training function to ensure maximum effectiveness of the consultants. This includes content development, implementation/execution of on-going enablement, and building the education and enablement team 
  • Partnership Collaboration - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete those projects on time with the ability to influence others. Partner with Global Learning & Development peers, cross functional leadership, and key PS and other departmental peers across the world  
  • Metrics & Analytics - From vision to completion, all programs must be instrumented to report both learning satisfaction, application of learning on the job, and most important, measurable business impact 
  • Processes- Define PS Implementation Methodology
  • Tools – Develop repeatable assets including code base libraries, apps, and templates
  • Training – Manage training instructors, content creation, and delivery
  • Certifications – Develop certification paths by role

Required Skills

  • BA or BS degree required.
  • 10 years of progressive Consulting/PS experience in Enterprise Software Industry
  • History of success in leading PS implementations, training initiatives, product launch initiatives, leadership development, curriculum design and training evaluation
  • Technical consulting experience using modern tools and implementation methods, including Agile
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete those projects on time while effectively demonstrating the ability to influence others and accomplish goals within a matrix-ed environment

Must have the demonstrated ability to develop the strategic vision for PS education and enablement that aligns with current and future PS business strategies

Engagement Manager


Responsibilities

  • Owning implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle or equivalent is a plus
  • Ability to develop meaningful trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives
  • Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers
  • Use agile implementation approach
  • Develop repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, templates
  • Manage a number of engagements concurrently
  • Communicate technical and business concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Manage scope changes within a project or program

Required Skills:

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and development skills
  • At least 10 years of progressive project management experience
  • Technology experience (SA) or awareness (PM) in the following:
    • ERP, accounting systems, provisioning systems
    • MDM solutions
    • Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
    • Object Oriented software application design and development - Java,
    • .Net, C#, Open Source
  • Working knowledge of: HTML, JavaScript, PHP, APEX Triggers, JSP/ASP

Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Design and validate that the proposed solution architecture supports the stated and implied business requirements
  • Provide QC, mentorship, guidance to SI partners
  • Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards, guidelines and leverages best practices
  • Articulate and present different point of views on various technologies
  • Assist in development of methodology, libraries, and templates
  • Present Architecture deliverables such as Ecosystem and Integration diagrams, ERD, Business Process Flows, Swimlanes, Visios and Mockups
  • Exhibit strong executive presence and ability to interact with key project sponsors
  • Lead technical consultants and developers on a project basis
  • Use Agile Implementation Methods

Required Skills:

  • Must have at least 7 years enterprise level experience, within a professional services organization, as a Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant with a leading technology consulting company, delivering moderate to complex solutions
  • Technology experience (SA) in the following:
    • ERP, accounting systems, provisioning systems
    • MDM solutions
    • Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
    • Object Oriented software application design and development - Java,.Net, C#, Open Source
    • Working knowledge of: HTML, JavaScript, PHP, APEX Triggers, JSP/ASP.NET 
    • Experience with relational databases DB2, Oracle, SQL Server or others; data warehouses, UML
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead business discussions with customers and architect the value of our solution and the best practices to implement it 
  • Experience with:
    • Requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
    • Data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports
    • Gap analysis and blueprint development
    • System design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing and support
    • Delivering end to end solutions through the entire SDLC - right from running the client facing workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT and handover 
    • Managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level, able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment
  • Master of Science in Computer Science a plus

Practice Director

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, hands on player-coach
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with Client Executives, assist in dispute resolution
  • Optimize management of PS pipeline to ensure attainment of quarterly bookings targets 
  • Attain quarterly PS targets 
  • Partner with Account Management and CS teams to promote user adoption and effective use of products to support renewal efforts
  • Assist customers with mapping their budget & priorities to the scope and deployment strategy
  • Meet with prospective customers and articulate the value proposition, commitment, and capabilities of Professional Services
  • Develop and manage a high-performing Professional Services  team
  • Continually assess and develop skills for EMs, SAs, and Consultants 
  • Continually assess and identify improvements to PS  methods, processes, templates, and tools.
  • Develop strong relationships with key leaders in the Sales and Solution Consulting organizations.
  • Interact frequently with other PS Sales Practice Managers to share best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level 
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in systems applications consulting with a consulting firm or leading software provider 
  • Experience managing a Professional Services  organization working closely with Sales teams and use of Sales tools 
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading Professional Services sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development and presentation, negotiation, and closing 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication is required with previous experience creating and presenting SOW for new and existing customers 
  • Experience developing cost estimates for Professional Services efforts as well as presenting value propositions.
  • Candidates should have excellent customer relationship acumen; comfortable interacting at the “C” level 
  • Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing 
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills 
  • Past experience delivering Professional Services through implementation of software application solutions 
  • Experience in full cycle implementations of MDM, CRM, ERP or eCommerce applications a plus
  • Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a plus 

Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers, business partners and internal teams to deliver high quality customer solutions
  • Execute customer projects from concept to implementation
  • Provide Reltio technical expertise in discussions with customers and partners
  • Mentor junior resources on the project and contribute to best practices and accelerators

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with developing master data management solutions for at least 2 customers/projects
  • 5+ years professional services experience
  • Experience developing conceptual and physical solution architectures for solutions incorporating heterogeneous applications, technologies and platforms
  • Good understanding of data modeling
  • 4+ years programming/analysis/design with Java or similar programming language
  • Willingness to travel 75%
  • Experience with Informatica, Talend or Pentaho ETL tools, Cloud based infrastructure concepts, Tomcat or other application servers, Messaging software
