Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize products and company to prospects, customers, partners and internally
  • Develop and execute marketing plans
  • Create compelling, innovative content for distribution via multiple mediums including website, presentations, videos, data sheets, and social media
  • Enable and empower sales and our partners with tools that support the selling process 
  • Work with Product Management on product launches

Required Skills

  • Complete knowledge of salesforce.com, experience with marketing automation systems 
  • Ability to be hands-on for product demos
  • Demonstrated history of delivering public presentations a bonus
  • Portfolio of authored content and videos, experience in video marketing highly desired
  • Bonus points for having worked in the healthcare and life sciences industry, having hands on software development or implementation experience

Solution and Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Perform market research for both horizontal & industry markets
  • Work with sales and product marketing to package and position corresponding horizontal and vertical solutions
  • Understand and document buyers journey with personas to create assets for both internal and external use 
  • Develop account specific campaigns and events
  • Create programs and outreach campaigns 
  • Support sales with RFI / RFP content creation and management
  • Maintain and comprehensive technical and business knowledge base
  • Work with customer success and sales to develop customer case studies/stories
  • Coordinate sales enablement and on boarding activities 
  • Manage website content and social media outreach

Marketing Development Representative

Marketing Development Representatives (MDRs) are responsible for qualifying and creating new sales qualified leads and opportunities from inbound leads. The MDR manages the inbound lead activity, determining a single selling objective, evaluating buying timelines, and qualifying the ability to buy. The MDR will also coordinate with their Sales Development Rep (SDR), Account Executive and Solutions Architect counterparts to determine the accounts that require research and prospecting activities to secure a sufficient flow of additional qualified opportunities. An implicit responsibility of the MDR is to conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales.

Responsibilities

Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities

  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail
  • Develop and sustain knowledge of company's offerings and associated technologies
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Sales Development Reps or Account Executives, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Sales experience (technology is a plus)
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization; familiarity with marketing automation space a plus.
