The cloud-based master data management and data-driven applications platform provider is hoping the IMS Health relationship will serve as a blueprint for further industry expansion.

Reltio hit the ground running in 2015 with substantial funding and a collection of early-adopter customers for Reltio Cloud. The company continues to make headway in its chosen industries and has already done enough to grab the attention of its primary competitors. That suggests that Reltio may come in for more intense competition, but is also symbolic of its success to far. The fact that the company is beginning to see RFPs that directly match its value proposition – a holistic view of MDM and applications – is encouraging, while the deal with IMS Health is also a significant validation of its approach that Reltio should be able to leverage to gain further customer traction.
